When you submit a quote request, policy review, referral, or chat message we collect: your name, contact information (phone number and email address), your ZIP code or address, your preferred language, and the qualifying answers on the form you used.

Some forms — Health, Medicare, Life, and Ancillary — ask health-related questions such as tobacco use, prescriptions you take, household members to be covered, or a general health status. We ask only what a licensed agent genuinely needs to route your request and prepare accurate options ("minimum necessary").

We also collect basic technical information automatically: pages viewed, referring URL, and campaign parameters (UTM tags and click IDs) used for advertising attribution.

To generate an insurance quote, match you to carriers and plans you may be eligible for, and allow a licensed agent to follow up with you. We do not use your information for purposes beyond insurance shopping, servicing, and the related marketing follow-up you have consented to.

Our forms include TCPA consent language. By checking that box you agree to receive calls and text messages from Best Insurance USA about your request, including through automated technology; message and data rates may apply and consent is not a condition of purchase. Email and SMS marketing follow-up happens only with your affirmative consent.

We share your information only with:

• The specific insurance carriers relevant to your request, for quoting, eligibility, and underwriting purposes.
• The customer relationship management (CRM) platform and communication tools we use to manage and respond to leads.
• Regulators, or others, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

As a licensed insurance agency, Best Insurance USA may act as a business associate of insurance carriers when handling health-related information submitted through this site. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect this information consistent with HIPAA's Privacy and Security Rules, and only share it with carriers and services necessary to process your request.

Access to health-related answers is limited to the licensed agents and staff who need it to work your request.

We use Google Analytics 4 and may use advertising pixels to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure ad performance. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work as well if you do.

Health-related form answers are never passed into analytics or ad-tracking events. Only generic conversion events (for example, that a life insurance quote was submitted) are sent, with no health-specific values attached.

Form submissions travel over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach involving personal information, we will comply with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), including notifying affected Florida residents and, where required, the Florida Department of Legal Affairs within the timeframes the law requires.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records must be retained under Florida Department of Financial Services rules or carrier requirements, and those records cannot be deleted on request.
